All promotions, special offers, discounts, and promotional pricing offered by Malinda Miller at All About You Beautique are subject to the terms outlined below.

Promotion Terms

Promotions are offered for a limited time and are intended to provide clients with special pricing or additional value on select services and products.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion:

• Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, offers, credits, or special pricing.

• Promotions must be booked and/or redeemed within the promotional timeframe stated in the offer.

• Promotions are available only for the services, products, or clients specifically identified in the promotion.

• A promotion may not be substituted for cash or exchanged for cash value.

• Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to a service or purchase that occurred before the promotion began.

• Promotions may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to another individual unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Only one promotional offer may be used per qualifying transaction unless otherwise stated.

• Promotions have no cash value and cannot be converted into credit toward other services or products unless specifically stated in the promotion.

• Additional terms, eligibility requirements, service restrictions, or exclusions may apply and will be identified in the individual promotional offer.

Promotion Dates

When a promotion includes a specific start and/or expiration date, the promotion must be redeemed within that stated timeframe.

Expired promotions will not be honored, unless otherwise determined by Malinda Miller.

A promotion does not have to be extended, reinstated, or retroactively applied because an appointment could not be scheduled before the expiration date.

Appointments & Promotions

If an appointment is required to receive a promotional service, the appointment must be scheduled according to the terms of the promotion.

Booking an appointment during a promotional period does not automatically guarantee promotional pricing unless the appointment and service meet all applicable promotion requirements.

Promotional services remain subject to all applicable salon policies, including cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, service satisfaction, and payment policies.

Existing Appointments

Promotional pricing generally applies to new qualifying bookings or purchases made during the promotional period and is not automatically applied to appointments or purchases that were booked or completed before the promotion was announced.

Any exceptions will be specifically stated in the promotional offer.

Service Adjustments & Refunds

Promotional services are subject to the same non-refundable service policy that applies to regular-priced services.

A client who is dissatisfied with a qualifying service provided by Malinda Miller must follow the applicable Service Satisfaction Policy, including contacting Malinda within 48 hours of the appointment.

A promotion does not create an entitlement to a monetary refund or reimbursement.

Changes or Cancellation of Promotions

Malinda Miller reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or end a promotion at any time, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

Changes will not affect qualifying purchases that have already been completed unless required by law.

Independent Contractors

This Promotion Policy applies specifically to promotions offered by Malinda Miller.

Other independent contractors operating within All About You Beautique may offer their own promotions and are responsible for establishing and enforcing their own promotional terms and policies.

A promotion offered by one independent contractor does not automatically apply to services provided by another independent contractor.

Client Acknowledgment

By booking or purchasing a service or product using a promotional offer, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to the applicable promotional terms and conditions.
