At All About You Beautique, we want every client to feel confident and satisfied with their experience. The following policy applies specifically to products purchased directly from All About You Beautique and services provided by Malinda Miller.

Product Returns

If you purchase a retail product directly from All About You Beautique and are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please note the following:

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.

• Refunds will not be issued for returned products.

• Approved returns will be issued as a store credit.

• Store credit may be used toward another eligible retail product or a future service provided by Malinda Miller.

• Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Proof of purchase may be required.

Products purchased through an affiliate link or directly from a manufacturer are not subject to this return policy. Those purchases must be returned directly to the manufacturer according to the manufacturer's return policy.

Service Satisfaction Policy

Services are non-refundable. All About You Beautique does not issue refunds for salon services.

We understand that sometimes the result of a service may not meet your expectations. If you are dissatisfied with a service provided by Malinda Miller, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so that we can address your concerns.

After contacting us, you may be asked to return to the salon for a thorough assessment of the service outcome. This assessment allows us to understand your concerns, evaluate the result, and determine the most appropriate plan of action moving forward.

Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate resolution may include an adjustment or other corrective service. Any corrective action will be determined on a case-by-case basis following the assessment.

Please understand that requesting a correction does not guarantee a particular outcome or that additional services will be provided.

Important: Independent Contractors

All About You Beautique is a salon that may include independent beauty professionals who operate their own businesses within the salon.

This policy applies specifically to services provided by Malinda Miller.

If you received a service from another independent contractor operating within All About You Beautique, you must contact that service provider directly regarding their service satisfaction, return, cancellation, or refund policies.

Each independent contractor is responsible for establishing and managing their own policies regarding the services they provide.

All About You Beautique and Malinda Miller are not responsible for services provided by another independent contractor.
